In the last few decades life expectancy has risen, and in many European countries the proportion of older people in the general population has steadily increased and it is predicted to rise further still in the coming years. As a result, this will have an impact on the increasing rates of the older generation who are care dependent. The main aim of the Empower4Employment project is to empower the employability of low qualified and low skilled adults in home care sector.
