EXPERTISE - testing of good practices
During one of the last weekends of June, WSBINOZ together with CEIE organized, in the frame of European educational project EXPERTISE, short workshop sessions for students. The aim of the workshop was to develop new skills and competences to make it more easy for young people to move from education to the labour market. During the workshops, participants gained knowledge in the area of identifying and managing emotions, achieving their goals (GROW model) and transforming common goals into "SMART" goals (SMART model). Participants also had the opportunity to develop team skills, communication and social skills while developing imagination and creativity (LEGO Experience).
