Transnational Project Meetings
2nd Transnational Meeting - Milan
Partners discussed about efficient ways to gather
feedback about so far developed prototype. The coordinator CNAPEF introduced the methodology used to build the prototype and the main
difficulties in carrying it out. Each partner expressed also the opinion about
methodology used for workshops and the main difficulties
in their implementation. Another important topic touched ways of dissemination of the activities carried out and the results obtained within the project activities, as well as organization of Local Events (Awareness) and Local Workshops (on Stakeholders). Next steps of the project were also discussed and planned including upcoming transnational meeting in Norway and Poland.
3rd Transnational Meeting - on-line
On June 8, 2021, the 3rd transnational meeting of the ACTIVE U Project with the presence of our partners from Portugal, Italy, Poland and Norway was organised. Initially it was scheduled to be held in Oslo, Norway, but due to restrictions on cross-country travel led us to hold this meeting again via a video conference.
The main aims for this meeting were as follows:
- the discussion of the results obtained in the workshops held in each of the countries that make up this working group;
- making adaptations to the prototype – Promoting the Inclusion of young NEETs through Sport and for Sport ( see working document used);
- organization of the next activities to be carried out and products to be achieved.
4th Transnational Meeting - Lodz
During the meeting in September 2021, that was organised in Lodz by WSBINOZ, partners run final discussion about the results obtained with the workshops held by different organizations that participate in this consortium. CNAPEF presented final adaptations to the built prototype and introduced ACTIVE U. Booklet. Each organisation shared the information about organization of dissemination activities.
5th Transnational Meeting - Oslo
The last partnership meeting was hosted by Norwegian partner FURIM in November 2021. During the meeting partners made final discussion about the content of the Active U Booklet. CNAPEF made also an analysis of the work carried out by the consortium throughout the development of the ACTIVE U project. The last topic taken by the partners was discussion about the organization of the Final Report of the ACTIVE U project.
