Duration: 01-01-2020 - 30-06-2021

Project number: 2019-3-TR01-KA105-080223

Programme: Erasmus+

Key Action: Learning Mobility of Individuals

Action Type: Youth mobility

Our project aims to identify the opportunities that can eliminate the problems and learning disabilities of young people with dyslexia and to move them to contribute to the development of strategies for dyslexia and artificial intelligence by moving them to the digital platform which is one of the favorite platforms of young people with the use of artificial intelligence in this field.

Therefore, determining the attitudes of young people with dyslexia towards this problem at local level and approaching these problems from their perspective may help to develop policies and solutions on a larger scale. In fact, the main purpose of our project is to share the studies, practices and projects that youth workers working with young people with dyslexia carry out and can carry out with young people in their own countries. The aim of sharing is to develop projects for young people to empathize with each other's problems and to create solutions.

The sub-objectives of our project are as follows:

  1. Dissemination of dyslexia, disability and learning difficulties by identifying the differences or relationships and sharing of knowledge and experience on these issues to increase opportunities for young people with dyslexia,
  2. Determining the difficulties that young people with dyslexia in the regions we work with have a history of self-life, and to create a comparative work environment by youth workers by considering the difficulties in different geographies,
  3. To be able to produce solutions to the problems experienced by youth workers by using today's technologies by means of technological opportunities,
  4. Improve the international dimension of youth activities by raising awareness of the advantages of a multicultural work environment.

In our activities a total of 29 participants will be involved. Our activities will be carried out using qualitative research methods (case study), discourse analysis, phenomenology, focus group discussions and other non-formal teaching methods.
As a result of the project, participants gain and develop learning outcomes for the misconceptions in the global conjuncture, transfer the gains they have gained to the young people they work with, have access to their ability to conduct case studies for dyslexia, and develop constructive and positive attitudes and behaviors against young people with dyslexia. In addition, youth volunteers working in the project will increase their capacity to produce solutions to problems through digital applications. In this way, our target group will have the opportunity to express a semantic, phonetic and technological expression by diversifying the methods of expressing themselves through the development and dissemination of such projects. At the same time, examining the concept of multiculturalism will greatly facilitate the elimination of misapplications and assessments that may be related to the marginalization of our target group. As a result of all our activities, transnational cooperation will be ensured, thus contributing to the development of institutional capacity and quality.
