3-days Spoti project webinar
With a three-day webinar dedicated to the presentation of good practices in partner institutions we conclude the SPOTI project (Putting the "unheard gender" in spotlight, 2019-1-DE02-KA204-006446). Coordinated by a German institution, the project focused on gender and the related participation of men in educational and social programmes and volunteering.
According to the data, men are much less likely to participate in educational activities when these are not directly related to vocational training. The situation is even worse with social programmes, especially those aimed at migrants and refugees or participation in unpaid programmes related to assistance and volunteering.
Partners from Spain, Romania and Turkey presented the results of their work during the following three days.
